It's only Tavria with Opel logo. Russian "tuning" - put on russian cars logos from prestige european and asian cars. -- Last edit: 2014-09-28 17:02:48 |

It is not only case of "fake" badge there are also the chromed strips. In fact it looks like the whole grille has been replaced (and with some modifications it could be really taken from the Kadett D) - I've never seen such ribs in Tavria. I hesitate a little, if I can add it to the list, because, as I understand moskvichok, it didn't play the Opel(?), but still it is very beautiful - subtle/clean work - such ones I like the most! BTW - Welcome back Sandie. ![]() |

It used to be, at least. Now the only car in their lineup with a fraction of prestige is the Insignia. Opel made some really classy cars back in the day, such as the Senator and the breathtaking Diplomat. |

I agree, the Senator is a great car. Yes, maybe in the 60s and the 70s Opel had some interesting high level models. Although, the next Opels have the reputation to be some "rusty workhorses" (ex. Kadett D). And I will not talk about the model line from the last 15 years, which is made only by some relatively cheap entry level cars for family use. |
