With no chrome / stainless steel anywhere, it could be a war time produced truck... or just a 1946-47 model which lost all his shining trim somewhere between 1946 and 2011 (T/D/W)C was for the ½-ton trucks: this one has the wheel rims of a 1½-ton or of a 2-ton model, but unless someone can give the precise wheelbase of this truck (1), nothing can help us to say a model over the other. As 1½-ton truck, it would be a WF.
