 Of course! By the indicator, indeed it is 1985 model year.

I had to double check from the Dammann book.

Here is one I found one picture matches perfectly:

Quote The hot IROC-Z was merchandised as the B4Z option for the Z-28. It includes special chassis features like a lower trim height and center of gravity; specific struts, springs and jounce bumpers; Delco-Bilstein rear shocks; specific springs and stabilizer bars; higher-effort steering; increased caster front wheel alignment; front frame rail reinforcement; 16 x 8 inch aluminum wheels with specific offset, and P245/50VR16 black Goodyear Eagle GT radials. There were two IROC-Z engine/transmission combinations. First, a carburated (L69) 5.0-litre V-8 with five-speed manual gear box. Second, a fuel-injected 5.0-litre V-8 (LB9) with a 4-speed overdrive automatic transmission. The nose had a pair of fog lights built into the grille and a lower-riding front air dam. There were ornamental louvers on the hood, specific rocker panel striping and IROC-Z decals low on each door. Base price for the 3,319 pound factory performance car was $11,739.

 Where's the silver pinstripe? :p there's no silver pinstripe on this car, meaning it's a pre-1987 one, as listed. Also, it doesn't seem to have CHMSL, meaning it's a 1985 model.
