VIN returns: built: May 8, 2006, "TX" (RWD) trim, 4.0L DOHC VCT EFI, 4 Speed Auto - Floor (M95LE), "Ego Charcoal" paint, Eucalyptus/cloth interior. Note: aside from the VIN, another clue that this is a 2006 model (and not a 2005), is the updated tail-gate with metal lower portion (integrated), rather than a plastic insert as on earlier models. The plastic portion on the older models was either painted or unpainted (depending on model), and was flush with the rear bumper. The new one doesn't protrude as far and is no longer flush with the bumper. Yet another clue is the dark grey "Ego" paint colour, which was only released in 2006 on Falcon and Territory. RWD due to 4-speed auto (AWD models had 6-speed autos). -- Last edit: 2016-12-17 14:17:49 |
