All Escorts assembled and sold in Poland in 1999 were in "Bolero 2" trim, as other trim levels were cancelled in the autumn of 1998. However it is unclear to me what grille Bolero 2 should have. Among used Boleros 2 for sale, you can meet black grille and chromed one (like in Ghia)... dsl ◊ 2014-08-26 21:30	Can't help from UK equivalents - most versions continued through to end when Focus arrived. If not full Ghia, our closest version was Finesse, but that did not have Ghia shiny grille fitting.

Most possibly the "Bolero" trim was also known in Spain, not only because of its name , but becasue Spain was at this time already the Escort's only production center IIRC (assembly kits came to Poland from there).
