Wheels and grille look Fordish, but it's not, as far as I can find out, a British model.

Fordson V8 model 51 perhaps?

Some details match but don't know with any certainty, I'm only saying it looks similar.

The 1936 Fordson V8 model 51 3-ton truck as introduced had swept-back front wings and a different windscreen, possibly these were changed for later UK manufacture or perhaps a simplified design for wartime use?

In the “Ford Popular and the small sidevalves” book by Dave Turner is an identification chart of Ford Vehicles published by W J Reynolds Motors of Dagenham.

The model 51 is described as “30hp (Com) 1936”. The Model 67 is described as “30hp V8 15cwt van 1936”. Neither option has a dropped centre bumper.
