Usually Peugeot is the minority of Hong Kong. A long time ago there were a lot.
Since 1980s, they had been seriously defeated by the Japanese cars. :D
Among these Peugeots, the common models are 206 and 307.

@boys bible, @3asv6: :hello:
How strict are the Hongkong-regulations about left-steering cars? Are they allowed? In my plate-collector-forum one fellow has spotted a BMW Z1 (AFAIK only built as LHD) with a (as we think) Hongkong-plate "ME 493" in British style). But annother guy says, that in HK all cars MUST be RHD. Is that correct?

@ingo:
Correctly saying, in Hong Kong law, all the LHD vehicles are not registered as Hong Kong vehicles. Hong Kong only allows RHD. :sun:
I think that BMW Z1 is only a fake Hong Kong car, for the movie.

In Hong Kong there maybe some LHD vehicles. There're two reasons:
1. The car is from mainland of China, allowed by Hong Kong government to enter.
2. The car is not registered, but with a temporary license (for special purpose), to run on Hong Kong roads.

I've just found that Z1 from Google. I see it's not LHD, but RHD! ;)

:wow: Immediately I've shown that pic to the plate fellow. I have to ask him, where he found the car. Most probably at the http://www.meilenwerk.com/meilenwerk/english in Berlin.
