I like the 1946-48 Kaiser almost in the middle, between 1947-48 Chevrolet and the 1949 Chrysler. ![]() -- Last edit: 2006-12-02 09:46:00 |

I wonder how colored was this parking actually. Were all these cars dark in colors close to this B&W picture, or were there lots of colors like what you could find on a parking in the 60s/70s? |

For comparison here is a nice shot of the parking lot at the Hanover Trade Fair of 1950:![]() |

Though it's very blurry, I think I could identify some of them, what I cannot on this picture of "L'ennemi public" ![]() |

If at least the car listed was one of the most visible... |
◊ 2006-12-04 13:47 |
This picture should really be in the comments page, it's plain ridiculous to list a car park full background cars. |
◊ 2006-12-04 14:00 |
it's your opinion, mine is different and you should mind about your value judgment please... who are you G-Mann? |
◊ 2006-12-04 14:01 |
As long as you don't post dozens pictures highlighting every car in the lot. |
◊ 2006-12-04 14:05 |
don't want to play the game? ... you can pass , thank you ![]() |

All right, I've remembered this is a bit of a joke. What this picture does make you realise is how similar a lot a cars looked in the 40s and 50s. -- Last edit: 2006-12-04 14:08:28 |

I like that Hudson Hornet, second row on the left |

Not nearly as bad as today where most everything looks like a the same gum drop. Actually, many of the cars in this pic can be identified as to make and year (model may be a little difficult ![]() -- Last edit: 2006-12-04 16:10:52 |

Even with recent cars you could identify all cars of the parking. Even if their style is similar they have enough differences (except maybe for those where only the make label changes, e.g. Dodge/Chrysler etc.) |
