I'm not sure if it's a 1987 model, because I noticed that the plastic bumper can be found in a 1987 commercial and brochure, but not on Google Search (show only after 1988+ model). I have no idea if it actually was an option for the 1987 model years, or if it was just an early advertisement for the brand new 1988 model year.
