Initially, Escapes sold in Australia had this code, but in late 2002, Ford introduced a new Falcon which also had the [BA] code. Obviously Ford couldn't have two vehicles with the same code, so the Escape changed to [ZA] that year (but was otherwise identical). Maybe Antp could add a platform code to appease your [BA] code but to conform to the database it makes sense to list under Ford's internal code of [U204]. If the field said platform code I would say yes use [BA] but we don't have a specific platform field only a chassis code field.
