Chrysler Valiant

Not necessarily a Valiant. The Chrysler ute came in several trims, the base one was called "Dodge", the others have Valiant names.

I discounted the Dodge because the Dodge was equipped with painted grille and bumpers. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/1e/Dodge_VE_utility.jpg
It is either a Valiant VC, a Valiant VE or a Valiant VF.

I'm not disagreeing that there is a Dodge version, which you and I said is a base model. The vehicle in question seems more than a base model which would make it one of the Valiants....But I'm not that familiar with Mopars in OZ...I just have a feeling (for whatever that is worth) that it looks more upscale then a ''base'' model.

Id agree that its a Valiant VF Ute too, as there seems to be too many letters on the bonnet to spell Dodge. Funnily enough, New Zealand didn't get the Dodge badged versions, only Valiant.

Does anybody confirm our finding?

Definitely a [VF] Valiant, not Dodge. "KLL" plate prefix dates from 1969.
