 Are they? There's none listed so /vehicles_make-Peugeot_model-Partner.html , only France and Argentina.

 Old-gen Peugeot Partner and Citroen Berlingo were built (and are currently built respectively as Partner Origin and Berlingo First) also in the PSA factory in Mangualde (Portugal) http://www.mangualde.psa-peugeot-citroen.com/
Btw, once I read that European LCV versions came from the Portuguese plant and the passenger versions from Vigo (Spain).
