I think that it is the same shot... ... also with normal bumper. -- Last edit: 2006-11-27 21:50:36 |

So the Dauphine "archive" footage is used as the crash double of the car used by that guy - it is this one that should be listed rather than the Dauphine -- Last edit: 2014-09-03 18:11:53 |

But those shots shown by kudos are the only other shots showing this car, and it isn't fully visible. I think we should stick with the Dauphine. |

antp is right, and the shot of the Dauphine crashing is practically all over IMCDb to start with. There's a lot to go on of identifying the car in those thumbnails - I was about to call it a Ford Cortina MkIV, but I see now that the bonnet vents and dashboard are wrong. EDIT: Ah, wait - it's here - Granada I. -- Last edit: 2016-01-08 15:37:27 |

This place astounds me. You guys can recognize a car simply by the bonnet vents, and I can't recognize a Delta 88 when I see one. -- Last edit: 2016-01-08 17:01:46 |

This has been used a few times as stock footage, along with a clip of a Jaguar crashing. |
