zodiac ◊ 2014-04-25 11:01	Also the grill with fewer strips suggests a post 1968 model, but it doesn't have the lower hood/bonnet which was introdused for the V8 models. I strongly believe this is a 1968+ 280 SE.

Either it has burned out or it is just retroreflector by USA legal defitintion. Between 1968 and 1969 cars are required to have either retroreflectors or illuminated sidemarker during night driving. By 1970, they are required both retroreflector and illuminated during night driving.
