The last year for the Vectra B was 2002 (They made them for a few months into 2002). There was also a facelift in 1999 and I'd be tempted to say this was the 1999 model. |

No, as I said they made them into 2002. I did not say they sold them until 2002. The last Vectra B produced at Luton was made in March 2002. As for this car I don't think we should put a year on it. The painted trim was on the 1999 facelift but on this car it could just be a result of repainting. The grill looks to be chrome edged if you look by the police light on our right of the grill but it's not conclusive enough. |

Why not? A single shipment in identical spec (probably selected by Estonian police with a particular equipment package) would usually be a factory batch order. |
