Yes it is Wartburg, but the grille is older 1959+ and the bumper is pre-1961. 311-0 Standard. |

It just seemed to me at the time that the grille extended below the headlights, rendering it reminiscent with the 312 I spoke of. |

There is something below the headlamps (to me these are just shadows), which give such impression of "wider grille". |
