I, too, have some doubts. Details that look wrong are the bumper overriders and the top corner of the windscreen, which is round on the Wartburg, rather angular here. The alternatvies I can think of, Alfa Romeo Guilia SS or Pegaso Z-102B Touring Coupé, unluckily don't match any better. |

Wartburg was first imported into the US in 1957-58- there were few takers to begin with; after the building of the Berlin Wall, there wasn't even that. Truly a rare car if that's what it is!
