67 E plate a good few years newer than car and it has I badge left of number plate, sort of looks LHD in thumb - so likely to be personal import of already old model. Glass's Giulietta Sprint info makes this Aug 58 onwards for bigger rear lights and after Oct 60 for twin plate lights on bumper. Giulia Sprint apparently had 1600 badge on bootlid, and there is a badge or something on right of number plate, but looks split into 2 levels ..... |

My first Lancia was a Hong Kong import, and was SMX 41F despite being a 1966 car. It (and nearly I) finished its life wrapped around one of Lord Lichfield's oak trees. |

There's one in an undergroung car park in my neighbourhoud (no idea of the model), with a spider beside. But both are really dusty, the owner seems not to use them What makes you say it's a '61+ model? The (hard to see) plate chrome square surround? During which facelift did it change (1959 or 1961)? Indeed, the '60 model for which johnfromStaffs gave us a link doesn't have it. And it has the old "gimmick" (how is it called?) above the plate. Thanks for the tip! |
