on the official site of the team this is listed as a 2007 Mercedes Benz Axor !!!!

They give the exact same info for both trucks, one looks indeed like an Axor (cabover) but I can't find an Axor look like the other one or like the one here ...

on truck racing results Sascha Lenz is listed with Mercedes Benz

hmm here it is described as a "Mercedes-Brasil-Hauber" this means it's a long nose from Brazil ?!

Well, obviously it is long nose, and from MB Brazil (as I do not recall having ever seen these MB trucks in Europe)
As posted above, it looks like the L-Series, not sure it is that though. May be something built just for race (like "silhouette" race cars).

Strange since the Axor is a cabover, ( no hood )
