 i dont see any unicorn in that thumbnail but i guess you mean the german company "EINHORN Ambulanz- Koffer- und Sonderfahrzeuge GmbH".

do you have any photos from Einhorn ambulances? The only photos i found were T5 or other car makes. btw, this is an austrian ambulance, because they filmed this particular scene in an abbey in Lower Austria.

 there are no existing photos of that ambulance but a guy has recreated this car as a model. Its an ambulance from ÖRK Zettl (Lower Austria). Differences are a result of construction problems.
