 The plate of this one is annoying. I am nearly sure that it is S151TWY but it is not found. No more luck by exchanging I/1, S/5, T/Y, etc. :/

 You were very close S151 TMY (note 'MY' is registered in London but 'WY' is Leeds - so more likely to be registered in London).
