Most likely a local body (even though I can't fully rule out UK/ IRE), but full-on classic Portuguese style, actually: Get a chassis, some hardware from 5-12 classic yank tanks and use your imagination. Playful and creative coachwork! Keith Richard knows who built it, but they clearly had seen a 1960 Chevrolet Impala before.
