The Canadian filming took place in British Columbia, according to the IMDB, and it just so happens that International Movie Services, a movie vehicle company based there, has a right hand drive Ford Cargo. IMS's Cargo has two lights on the roof, and so does this one. This truck also has an oval thing on the grille, in the right place to cover the Ford badge.
