2000 model due to plate and also "S E C A" written across the tail-gate (98-99 models lacked this). Also, the "1.8" badge is located level with the "Corolla" badge on the left - on 98-99 models it was below it. Note: 98-99 models weren't called Seca because this name was applied to the older generation which was still being made, and having 2 different models called Seca would have been confusing to customers. Once production of the old generation ended in mid-1999, the new model adopted the Seca name in the December 1999 facelift. This generation Corolla had a very short run in Australia, only being sold for a little over 3 years, making it the least common of any generation Corolla (the sedan version was only sold for 2 years, making it even rarer). -- Last edit: 2016-05-04 16:09:21 |
