johnfromStaffs ◊ 2013-12-14 12:20	The plate may be false as "xxx ELP" commencing June 1962 was a reserved block for the General Post Office. If ELR then 6/62 to 7/63.

chris40 ◊ 2013-12-14 14:32	I never thought of that ... and at one time there was a craze in France for British-style plates. No help for dating - issued in 1983; so I can't say for 100% sure whether Cloud I or II, but I'll go for II.
