It is ! They've disguised it as a Hong Kong taxi, and even added wing mirrors, but it's still a US-spec Volkswagen Fox sedan. :D

 Yeah. By the way, the common taxi in Hong Kong is the Toyota Crown Comfort, not the Volkswagen Fox.
