An Austin countryman because of script under the handle. Morris Oxford name would have been on the right of the number plate. So an a60 or the earlier a55 depending on year. A60 is my guess looking at reg plate letter/number spacing |

Plate is ABC 123X format so 1963 or later = A60 as above. |
