This one is a Hadley conversion and Hadley also converted loads of Mercedes-Benz W116 and W126 that way. It's traditional hearse coachbuilding, meaning that each one is unique. Funeral director: "I want a hearse built from a 2005 Audi A5, but with a Jaguar front end." Coachbuilder: "OK, hold my beer!"
