This is a Lincoln Capri from 1958 , not 1959. It has the canted headlights fully encased in pods , whereas the 1959 models had their headlights in the grlle mesh.1959 Lincols had lateral rocket like bumper overriders,this one has the central overriders. |

Ford Motor Co still listed the 1958 and 1959 models as "Continentals" rather than "Lincolns". In 1960, the Lincoln nameplate was returned. Check out the brochures. |
