Mercury Cougar. I know Ford didnt sell Mercury in Mexico, but it looks like a Mercury Logo on the grille. |

The Mexican Ford Cougar featured the howling cat emblem in the front and had the usual "Ford" blue oval on the rear end, so there's no way to tell from this angle. |
