I found this info on a Holden forum:

It won the burnout comp at the hotrod nationals about 20 years ago too, so it was a tough car back then and still a very tough car now. I know KB well, and its one car he wishes he still had.

On another site it's said it looks like a '35 Dodge DV.

 Is a 1935 DV Dodge body built in very small quantities in Australia by TJR.
There are 5 known to exist, I have one of them if interested. 32.ford@gmail.com
