 STRANGE !!! Cjrome surrounding the windows mean L truim but it lacks the chrom wheel arches trim.

No, not strange - common! Common for those locations, the "Little flag dealer", as we say in Germany (by the common decoration there). A plenty of the bargains there are cobbled up wrecks, overpainted -this Kadett looks like that, too- with masses of filling pasted in and over rust holes, with "Tachojustieriung" (= pulling back the mileage with an electric drill) and other cheating-tricks.

O.k., sometimes you can be lucky even there. As me in July 2011.
