White 4000: Link to "static.commercialmotor.com" . Meant to be the Western Star after it blew up. -- Last edit: 2013-09-22 17:15:21 |

It is an International Harvester as stated priory. |

Not with those wheel arches. The hood is too narrow as well. |

@truckface I was referring to: IH Paystar and F230D by atkipete, on Flickr But what we have is a slightly different model with more angled wheel arches... Trying to find the model. Agree, cabin is not the same. -- Last edit: 2013-09-22 17:32:56 |

No need to look any further. Note the wheel arches and cab on this one . Or you can check my previous link for comparison. -- Last edit: 2013-09-22 18:09:54 |

I don't think this is a White 4000 or an International Harvester. Placement of the quad headlights is along the lines of a White Western Star. |

White and Western Star are basically the same trucks. Although this one has round headlights, which seems to be too far away from the "nose", what I see in T-Denev`s thumb. is a White 4000 wheel arch . Or what`s left of it, anyway. -- Last edit: 2013-09-26 18:23:39 |

But the main pic shows the wheel arch between the headlights and the nose, which is flat in the examples of a White 4000 and IH here. Also no sign of a turn indicator in that location as in the first White 4000 example. -- Last edit: 2013-09-27 15:11:17 |

...Because there is not much left of the wheel arch in the main pic., nor thumb., but just enough for me to identify this as a White. Never mind the turn indicator, `cause that`s just an open gap where it used to be. You need to look behind the front wheel in the thumb. That IS a 4000 arch. Even the door matches the White 4000. -- Last edit: 2013-09-28 01:05:58 |

◊ 2014-06-17 08:27 |
Timo was right this was the main truck after it burnt White Western Star 4900, the main truck was a Western Star |

This truck has spoked wheels while the one used before the explosion has disc wheels...because of that, I thought for years that disc wheels were just hub caps XD |

Wait, is it a White or a Western Star? |
◊ 2015-11-29 07:41 |
