@Baube. Honda seems to do this quite reguarly. I know on the 1990-1993 4th gens the wheels were totally different overseas. I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow those alloys were standard or an option on hybrid models outside the US. |

even on the same continent its the same story our 2006-2011 Civic have the Hybrid's wheels as an option for the base trim |

Really neat write up: Link to "www.noticiasautomotivas.com.br" Says 2006-2007 in Brazil use the 2.0 motor. Looking at our chassis code list the only 2.0 motor is [CM4]. Another odd part of that article is that is says Mexico built Accords for Brazil ![]() However, according to Honda.BR timeline only the Civic and Fit were built in Brazil. The Accord and CR-V were imported: Link to "www.honda.com.br" As always if you can read Portuguese you will be in good shape. If not you will need a translator to read the webpages.
