Not sure if film date too early for 1200 (are bumpers chrome or white rubber?) - colour (if you know what I mean), white hood and whitewalls match this /vehicle_166333-Triumph-Herald-Convertible-1960.html and /vehicle_326083-Triumph-Herald-1200-Convertible-1961.html which seem about the same period in US series, as if there might have been one demo car shunted out to TV producers.

Yes - Triumph Herald Convertible.
