I am fairly certain that it is the Morris Oxford Series V (1959-61). |

It is indeed an Oxford Mk. V, complete with dodgy looking sills! In front is a gorgeous Anglia 105E Super and ubiquitous Beetle. Across the street is a Herald or Vitesse Convertible (my guess is Herald) and what looks like a Reliant Regal |
