On Wikipedia they mention: Citation Despite the Chevrolet branding, the YGM1, like the production car, was the work of GM's Australian arm, Holden. Along with the styling, Holden executed most of the engineering work and were responsible for devising the "Cruze" nameplate. It is indeed derived from the Suzuki, but possibly there are enough changes to consider it as a new model? That could also apply to the Subaru Justy then... as well as the European Suzuki Ignis which was updated from the Chevrolet Cruze -- Last edit: 2013-09-23 16:06:47
