I don't recognise the blue 4 emblem as a UK edition, but there were various made for I/EU specials if anyone can match it. No plot significance and only seen in this shot, so I think it just happened to be there by chance.

LHD, Italian number plates, and a UK learners plate - presumably some Italians living in London (students?). I don't recognise the blue 4 emblem as a UK edition, but there were various made for I/EU specials if anyone can match it. No plot significance and only seen in this shot, so I think it just happened to be there by chance.
