EDIT: In fact ZTS ambulances weren't called "Cargo" in brochures (what confirms info. from book of M. It is 1994+ Cargo (B08 for ambulance) version, possible also a 1995+, but not to say without visible rear bumper...

EDIT: In fact ZTS ambulances weren't called "Cargo" in brochures (what confirms info. from book of M. Górski), but simply "Polonez Ambulans Sanitarny (case of pre-"Plus" models):
