dsl ◊ 2013-05-09 23:12	Aus number plate socket (smaller than UK) and quarterlights. 60-68 UK date, but 1965-69 in Aus for this format as YDO4 for basic Morris 848cc. If badge is Morris Mini Deluxe, has 998cc and YDO5 code for same dates.

dsl ◊ 2013-05-10 01:23	A few differences - plate socket shorter but taller and does not have UK Mk1 top hinge (which meant that plate hung down vertically when bootlid was open, so enabling extra luggage to be carried legally). Also looks different boot handle and hinges - compare eg /vehicle_555675-Morris-Mini-Minor-ADO15-1962.html .
