 The one on the left is a 1985 Toyota Hiace (H50).
The one on the right is a Nissan E20.

 I know that some entries on the site list this type of Hiace as 1985, but I think it was used from the beginning (1983) to the end (1989) for the mid-range Hiace Wagon.

 This info is according to Wikipedia where it is said that the facelift was introduced in August 1985.
