Sorry, no way is this a Singer SM1500. The wheelbase is way too short and the boot/trunk too high. That looks a little like a Lancia grille, but again the wheelbase is too short for an Ardea, which is the nearest in size. It's too small for a Fiat 1400 or an Alfa 1900; I agree with sixcyl that it's like no Ford or Opel I've ever seen ... I've no idea what it is but it ain't a Singer.
