bref ◊ 2006-10-10 17:19	Aerodeck was the name given to a nice 3 door 3rd gen Accord, sold only in Europe an Japan, with pop up headlight. It is said that the design of this "shooting brake" was done for Reliant for their Scimitar, then sold to Honda. Design made by an italian caochbuilder (I believe it is Pinifarina who signed a contract with Honda in 1979 and started to cooperate from the 1981 City/Jazz)). These Accord Aerodeck were CA534 chassis code and were sold from 1986 to 1990. In 1991, the name Aerodeck was given to CB based 5 door Accord Estate made in USA, then to the following generation of Accord in 1994, still US made and then, to finish, the made in UK Estate Civic from 1997. The 5 door estate in no more an Aerodeck but a Tourer. This Civic is an AG53 chassis code, with 12 valve 1.3 engine, sold from 1984 to 1987
