 Dodge WC 54?

 Chevrolet 1.5 ton panel van. I think this was a "K-51 Signal Van"? Chevy is larger than the Dodge. Has a sloped hood (WC54 was flat). Extended rear fenders for dual wheels (WC54 was single rear wheel).
