Yes, but it's not one of their famous Walker electrics. From the hubcap and wheel shape I would suggest it's a BMC LD or FGK 30 type with coachbuilt bodywork, but I've done some digging for a picture, with no success. -- Last edit: 2013-04-04 23:27:40 |

Other than to say its before 1970 when Harrods started using BMC JU250 vans no further information found, but agree with FG 1½Ton or Austin/Morris LD. It does appear to have a LD front bumper and over-riders which was also used on this 1965 Morris FG 1½Ton Pantechnicon Wheelbases were, LD Van 100", with the FG being 109" and 114". To achieve the most likely identification (until another sighting is possible) I would say a longer wheelbase than the LD, so 1968 BMC FG 1½Ton Harrods Van, preceeding the BMC JU250 van. |
