 Funny how it's RHD yet it has LHD windscreen wipers.

 Some European makers now use LHD wiper pattern for RHD UK. Recent Peugeots do this, which is really irritating - driver gets a shorter wiper than passenger, and the cycle always drops blobs of water in the driver's eyeline after each sweep.

 Just in case Sandwad was up to his usual tricks of missing better/other views I checked the episode but all that there was is another view of the inside:

I too would swear it is something French, but can't find a match so far. Ruled out most Peugeots that I can think of and some Citroens, Most Renaults have a different design of headrests...
