With registration mark, this is simple. This is again a Isuzu LT112L with Sun Ah body. First registratered at 1989/8. Registration data: EF9175: LT112LK3000073 1989/8 from: PSV Circle OP4 A similar body but on Isuzu MT112L snapped by me. @ingo: I've found a match for your mystery Isuzu. A propos "livery": the Toyota Coaster, we were driven in on our DPRK-tour, was originally made for an Arabian country.
