Christine rules. This is my favorite American car in a movie. I love that front-end. Those quad headlights and forward-leaning grille - it has some similarity to some BMW's from the 60's-80's (E3, E9, E12, E21, E23, E24, E28) - only regarding these styling cues. The rest is purely American 1950's at it's greatest. Those fins are pure evil. |

I'M IN LOVE WITH CHRISTINE! SHE IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CAR I HAVE EVER SEEN! Adrian, you're a 100% right! And I want to thank who-ever for not keeping her dead. Greets, a Christine-fan |

Sorry to bump such an old topic, but if you look really close, the bumper sticker says, "I AM CHRISTINE", and on top of that I think it says, "Mass, Mayhem, Destruction". Heh, thats funny. |

Awesome! Nice touch there |

I thught i noticed something different! The white on the white-wall tires aren't as thick as the fury in christine. |

Actually the white bumper sticker says (Rock N roll is here to stay it will never die). |

Again, a Belvedere, not a Fury due to the lack of gold side trim. |

I'm moving to Wilmington North Carolina. I want to be surrounded by killer vehicles too. I need to find my possesed Dodge Polara again. He'll fit in over there. |

think it's an older North Carolina plate. here's the newer version: /vehicle_76241-BMW-328i-E36-1996.html -- Last edit: 2007-09-14 20:43:25 |

I was looking at this car, trying to see if I could tell it wasn't a "Fury" or Belvedere customized for the movie Christine. Minor thing here... but I think this car has single exhaust instead of duals. That might prove it isn't. |

The thumbnail rear shot provides a good lesson on '57 vs '58 fin designs. On the '57, the taillamps run all the way up the fins. I like the '57 design better and it looks more striking at night. The '58 fins have a superfluous look while the '57's appears to be a better integrated design to me. On the other hand, the '58 front has a superior looking, better balanced apppearance in my opinion. -- Last edit: 2010-01-22 19:47:44 |

That is indeed an older North Carolina plate, and somewhat of a rare one also. Instead of the normal "First in Flight" (which has been on our plates since 1982) on the top of the plate that one says "First in Freedom" These plates were issued in 1975. (NC was the first state to declare it's independence from England in 1775) plate looks like This -- Last edit: 2010-06-22 19:54:39 |

Another reference to Christine. The song playing when she was crushed by the bulldozer is called Rock & Roll is here to stay by Danny & The Juniors. While I like the reference, I still think it's a sin to put any kind of sticker on the actual body of a car. |

Good to know that for a villainous car, Christine draws the line at killing animals. |

She really does, Adrian. Same with a lot of movie cars. |
