I'm sure they had him smash this one up for the scene rather than destroy one of the new-model Buicks at that time. In reality, unless it was purposely for a Vice stake-out in a drug neighborhood, I doubt a hot-shot Palm Beach Homicide detective in 1991 is going to use a junked-up Chevy from 1977 to make a house-call.

This was a "junker" already crashed up some when Chris used it for this episode only. I'm sure they had him smash this one up for the scene rather than destroy one of the new-model Buicks at that time.

In reality, unless it was purposely for a Vice stake-out in a drug neighborhood, I doubt a hot-shot Palm Beach Homicide detective in 1991 is going to use a junked-up Chevy from 1977 to make a house-call. :think:
