It's a terribly anachronistic scene, filmed nowadays without ANY care about ANY historical facts. Not even the cars fit, all from that scene are actual ones. (/vehicle_574390-Citroen-C5-Break-2002.html) The Wall was demolished there already in 1990 (to the left you go to the Reichstag, the parliament building)
